You are a great dental nurse looking for part time work!

You enjoy the skills involved in chair side nursing, and some reception, and are good at talking with people. You are proud of your strong customer service skills, being a happy, self motivated person. who loves helping others. You are someone who wants to develop themselves and work to their full potential, in a supportive and positive environment.

We are after someone mature, with general computer skills and reasonable typing to take notes during consults (Great spelling not essential :) ) . You are not thrown in at the deep end, but trained over time in our approach and systems. We have Ultimo software, excellent and easy to use and learn.

RECENT AUSTRALIAN DENTAL NURSING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL!

Casual long term part time, 3 to 3.5 days a week. Flexible, but must include Fridays (to 3pm)

We have 2 rooms, both booked all day Mon to Thursday. Our 4 team members work this longer 4 day work-week. Friday has 1 room booked 12 to 3pm only, and 1 team member.

We need someone to work Fridays , and 2 other days, ideally Monday and Tuesday. Can also be 4 half days.

No Saturdays or evenings.

• Mainly chair side, with some steri and reception.
• Above Award wages after 3 month trial
• Immediate start available (after a paid trial day)

The Relaxing Dentists are a 2 chair modern practice, run by a contented dentist with over 30 years experience, who absolutely loves her work. Sad but true. We have been in Cairns for 19 years as Northern Beaches Dental Care, and moved 2 years ago from Palm Cove, to our permanent, beautiful, brand new practice in Campus Village Shopping Centre.

We see fewer patients a day with longer visits. This gives exceptional patient experience, where they receive high quality, thorough care, and time is spent building relationships and giving advice. Most visits are 45 mins to an hour and you have plenty of time to do your work properly.

3 lovely dentists to work with, Dr Karen, Dr Victtoria and Dr Kornelija, all work part time.

(JCU dentistry students may apply for separate casual work but ONLY if you have significant dental nursing experience already and are available during the week).

• Qualifications not essential, as long as you know your etch from your bond, and that MOD on 11 is not a cooking instruction :)
