About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Hand-Dishwasher to join our team at Vics Food and wine in Sunbury VIC 3429. This Part-time role is an integral part of our bustling kitchen, responsible for ensuring the efficient and hygienic operation of our food preparation and service areas.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including the dishwashing area
• Ensuring all waste is disposed of properly and recycling protocols are followed
• Supporting the kitchen team with any additional tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or Dishwasher, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen staff
• Stamina and physical endurance to handle the demands of the role
• A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
