About the role

Join the fast-paced team at a leading national Insurance Builder as an Insurance Supervisor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations on site and remotely, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating a team of specialist contractors and technicians to deliver high-quality customer service
• Monitoring project performance and providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements
• Serving as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries and escalations
• Providing input into the development of training programs for the insurance team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the insurance industry
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Cert IV Trade Qualification with ability to obtain QBCC Supervisor Licence
• Strong team-work skills with ability to lead and work with others
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in using relevant insurance software and systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
