The Role:

• Carry out Routine Inspections and out of office appointments
• Conduct open homes and Leasing
• Entry & Exit Condition Reports
• Managing Maintenance Requests
• Responding to Inquiries & Liaising with Tenants and Landlords:

What we are looking for...

• Must have an Agents Representative Certificate
• Drivers license & reliable car
• Backgrounds in customer service, office environments and industries related to real estate will be highly regarded
• A stable employment history
• Highly organized and detail orientated personality
• Professional personal presentation
• A genuine passion for a career in real estate
