What you'll do

As the Project Officer, you will support and undertake a range of correspondence, project and continuous improvement activities to achieve expected project outcomes, within the Office of the Senior Director, Engagement and Monitoring Branch, First Nations Health Office. As a Project Officer, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development, implementation and monitoring of projects, including coordination and stakeholder engagement as directed by the Senior Director. Your role will be responsible for correspondence management for the office of the Senior Director. You will contribute to the success of projects by ensuring compliance. About you

We are searching for someone who demonstrates:

  • Knowledge of contemporary record management systems for correspondence processes such as Content Manager.
  • High level organisational skills with proven ability to influence and organise a diverse group in order to achieve set objectives and goals.
  • Strong written communication skills including the ability to prepare high quality documentation, accurate reports and project communications.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders to form collaborative solutions and implement appropriate strategic responses.
  • Conceptual, analytical and innovative problem solving skills and the ability to develop and implement flexible and responsive solutions to address issues.
