The opportunity

Start the new year with Silver Chain Group and become part of our Contact Centre Team.

We have multiple vacancies commencing Monday 5th May for suitably experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Contact Centre team in Osborne Park, WA.

As one of the first points of contact, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and internal customers with every interaction.

We are seeking Full-Time and Part- Time Contact Centre Representatives who are available Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm.

Hourly Rate of $33.94 + Penalties + Super and Salary Packaging options.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond efficiently and effectively to telephone enquiries to produce the desired outcome for the client
  • Provides positive customer service interactions.
  • Be ready and available to take calls as scheduled
  • Provide accurate administrative support by recording and maintaining customer information and account maintenance
  • Meet and exceed required key performance indicators of Quality Assurance, Adherence and Efficiency metrics to ensure work performance is consistent to ensure work performance is consistent.
  • Be aware and take ownership of daily, weekly performance in line with KPIs
  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times.
  • Deliver on all OSH requirements and promote a safe work environment.
  • Continue to learn and develop skill sets to be multi skilled across the business.

Hours

Fulltime

Full-Time roles will be rostered across any 5 days, Monday - Friday between 8am- 6pm.

Part Time

Part time roles require minimum 30 hours commitment per week, with the choice of working either 4 or 5 shifts Monday - Friday between 8am-6pm

Training

You will be required to undertake 4 weeks of compulsory paid full-time training from Silverchain House in Osborne Park.

At Silverchain we are proud to support hybrid flexible working options. Once you have completed office-based training and we've set you up for success in the role you will be part of our hybrid work model.

Start

Monday 5th May 2025 (non- negotiable)

*We cannot approve any time off during your compulsory full-time training weeks. If you have any leave booked during this period, we recommend you apply to our next intake.

About you

  • Previous experience within a customer service environment
  • Previous experience working in a contact centre desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • MUST hold a valid National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and lateral thinking
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Possess excellent work ethic and behaviour
  • Ability to clearly communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • The ability to work from home through a reliable internet connection (equipment provided)
  • Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
