Our Client provides building services to a high profile client base. Based in friendly, professional offices on the lower North Shore this is an autonomous and varied position perfect for an experience Office Administrator seeking part time work 3 days per week.
This role is fundamental to the smooth day-to-day running and maintenance of office operations and encompasses administration, office management, accounts and PA duties. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Handling phones & email inbox
- Management of contractor insurance register
- Preparation of quotes
- Assisting with preparation of tenders
- Generating invoices
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (Xero)
- PA duties such as diary & travel management, expenses etc
- General office duties and records maintenance
To be considered for the position you will have strong MS Office skills along with a minimum of 5 years office experience. Xero experience is highly desirable.
The person we seek for this role will be well organised, able to work independently and be confident liaising with suppliers and contractors via phone and email (excellent spoken and written English is essential). Prior experience in the building industry will be highly regarded.
This office based position is 3 full days per week - Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. The standard working hours are 8.00am - 4.00pm and salary guide is up to $45 per hour + Superannuation dependent on experience.
