Our brow specialists are nationally accredited and have also trained internationally with renown micro-pigmentation artists, Hollywood makeup artists & brow stylists. By attending ongoing training, the team keep their skill set updated and on trend. Using social media platforms such as Instagram, Suzie and her close knit team have had the ability to show case their work and share their knowledge with their rapidly growing community.
The Role
We are looking for a loyal, honest, passionate and meticulous Reception Administrator to join the team at our Melbourne flagship salon, located in the heart of Toorak Village. It is a Permanent Part time position, working 34.5 hours per week, starting ASAP.
Candidates applying must have experience, unfortunately we are not looking for apprentices or trainees. Candidates with PA or EA background is highly desired. It's a complex role that requires you to be able to manage multiple tasks and to complete them to a very high standard. We are keenly searching for the right professional that truly loves administration and all that it entails, to join our intimate team.

The successful candidate will need to have:
- A passion for the beauty industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with good documenting skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone/ in person/ via email) and a caring/ friendly demeanour
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- A willingness to learn and push their own boundaries in achieving the highest standards when it comes to our industry
ESSENTIAL when applying:
- Experience in Reception Administration
- PA or EA experience is highly desirable
- Experience in customer communication. Friendliness and interpersonal skills are essential
- Soft skills for communicating with callers (e.g. being polite and calm at all times, and asking questions to understand the nature of each situation)
The role of the successful candidate:
- Manage all incoming phone calls and reception in store
- Booking in clients for various services
- Manage booking between multiple service providers
- Managing emails and documenting all bookings
- Assisting salon manager in daily tasks
- Working closely with GM and Director in implementing changes
