Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer looking for your next contract role? FourQuarters are seeking an immediately available AR professional to join a dynamic finance team on a 3-month contract with the potential for extension.

** Please note this role will have someone start ASAP and will require 3 weeks of training 5 days a week on-site in the Western suburbs, on-site parking and transport links are available**

The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collections, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting cash flow forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Manage debt collection, follow up on overdue payments, and liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve outstanding issues.
• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly cash forecasts to support business targets.
• Reconcile accounts, generate reports on overdue accounts, and assist with audit requirements.
• Maintain accuracy of the debtor’s ledger and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and internal controls.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, Epicor and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
