The Club Manager (CM) at our Burpengary location is responsible for enhancing membership growth while also fostering a positive experience for members. The CM oversees new joiners, leavers, and overall member growth, in addition to managing front desk operations and establishing top-tier service standards within the club.

The CM is also tasked with mentoring team members and equipping them with the necessary tools for success. By leveraging their sales expertise, outstanding customer service skills, and motivational leadership abilities, they cultivate a culture that attracts potential members and keeps current members motivated in their fitness journeys.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the team to ensure the club meets its monthly sales objectives.

- Meet individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to team success.

- Develop a framework that ensures their team meets their performance benchmarks.

- Assist in delivering sales training to enhance the skills of the team.

- Achieve monthly member retention and growth budgets.

- Ensure all inquiries via phone, email, or in-person are addressed within designated time period.

- Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to create initiatives that promote membership growth.

- Aid the Operations Coordinator in scheduling the team’s roster each month.

About you:

- Proven experience in sales and customer service with a track record of meeting KPIs.

- Understanding of the sales cycle and various techniques, including upselling.

- Experience managing the customer journey to achieve successful outcomes, with knowledge of retention strategies and metrics being highly valued.

- Background in team management and mentoring.

- Ability to set goals and inspire others to achieve them.

- Familiarity with business computer systems.

- Current Level IV certification and First Aid / CPR/Blue Card certifications.
