About the role

Because we give great advice, our existing clients and business partners keep sending us new referrals. So we are in need of another great Senior Financial Advisor to join our growing team.

This is a full time position that offers the opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping the financial futures of our valued clients. In this role, you will be inheriting an existing portfolio of long-term clients. Your clients are predominately based in SE QLD, so a small amount of travel will be required.

If you're the type of adviser that prefers to work with a steady book of clients and build deep relationships, rather than having to hunt new business, then this is the role for you. This role requires someone who has experience giving holistic advice, covering topics including personal and business insurance, superannuation strategies, SMSFs and wealth creation strategies.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive financial planning advice to individuals and families
• Conducting detailed financial analyses and creating tailored investment strategies
• Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Staying up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices
• Collaborating with the broader team to deliver exceptional client service

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience as a full-scale financial advisor, with a proven track record of success
• Comprehensive knowledge of superannuation, personal and business insurance, investment management, SMSFs and wealth creation strategies
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions
• Commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Relevant financial planning qualifications, such as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Masters Degree.
