Production Planning Assistant
The Personnel Connection, in collaboration with the Production Manager of a well-established electronics business, is seeking an Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, offering flexibility in start and end times.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Production Manager to update product drawings.
• Prepare quotes, production schedules and invoices.
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation for production processes.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Competency: Mechanically minded (Can you assemble Ikea furniture?)
• Eye for detail.
• Follow instructions.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal departments.
• Willingness to learn.
• Computers: know your way around a computer - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and other Adobe files.

Additional Information:

• Work Schedule: Full-time, five days a week.
• Contract Type: Initially casual, with the opportunity to transition to permanent after a qualifying period.
• Location: Conveniently located near public transport or with on-site parking.
• Training: We'll train you and teach skills where needed.
