About the role

Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service? We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our dynamic Contact Centre team at Meson Agency. In this full-time role based in South Yarra, Victoria, you will play a crucial part in leading and supporting a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Bring and maintain the energy, motivation and fun culture to our workplace!
• Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to your team, helping them to develop their skills and reach their full potential
• Monitor team and individual performance, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the contact centre, including managing schedules, rosters and workloads
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and lead by example
• Identify and escalate any customer issues, and work closely with the wider business to resolve them
• Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and training programs
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve team and organisational goals

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a customer service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and motivate a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using contact centre and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A fun, and personable attitude!
