BRG prides itself in sourcing quality people to assist our clients solve their complex problems. We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic ‘On the Business’ team.

About the Position

This position offers a competitive base salary with an uncapped incentive structure, rewarding your efforts in sourcing and placing exceptional talent with our clients. You'll also manage office operations, contributing to the team’s ongoing development and success.

To be successful, you must either hold or be willing to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract top talent to meet ongoing demand.
• Conduct reference checks and manage compliance activities.
• Oversee onboarding processes for new team members.
• Conduct interviews and nurture client relationships.
• Assist with business development activities.
• Develop trusted partnerships with external stakeholders to identify and deliver the best talent solutions.
• Help manage and steer the continued growth of the company.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Australian Citizenship (required for AGSVA security clearance).
• Tertiary Qualifications
• 5+ Years in recruitment / talent acquisition

Desirable:

• Experience in customer service or client engagement.
• Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder CRM (or similar systems).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with reliability and initiative.
