About Us:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work with specialized equipment, including a sublimation machine and vertical paint line, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up, maintaining, and operating the sublimation machine and vertical paint line, ensuring smooth production processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to install, commission, and optimize equipment, ensuring alignment with design specifications and performance standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical components of the sublimation machine and paint line to maximize equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and technical issues related to machinery to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Visually inspect machinery for malfunctions or potential issues and report any equipment that requires repair or recalibration.
• Ensure that all equipment is operating within fine tolerances and industry safety standards.
• Keep detailed records of all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair logs, and contribute to ongoing equipment improvements based on performance insights.
• Provide technical support to team members and management, addressing questions related to equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
