We are a family-run jewellery business dedicated to creating beautiful, custom-made engagement rings and wedding bands. Our small but passionate team takes pride in craftsmanship, quality, and providing a personal touch to every customer’s experience.

The Role:

We are looking for an Administration & Sales Assistant to support our ever growing business. This is a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and behind-the-scenes organisation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with inquiries, both in-store and online
• Providing exceptional service and guiding clients through the bespoke jewellery process
• Managing administrative tasks, including order processing and inventory management
• Keeping the showroom organised and presentable
• Handling emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments
• Supporting social media and marketing efforts when required

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Highly organised and detail-oriented
✔️ A quick learner who enjoys expanding their knowledge
✔️ Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Friendly, professional, and confident when assisting customers
✔️ Strong communication and computer skills
✔️ Experience in administration, retail, or sales (jewellery experience is a bonus but not essential!)
