The Position
The Contracts & Partnerships - Service Delivery Lead plays a crucial role within Waste and Resource Recovery , focusing on contract management, financial oversight, community engagement, and regulatory compliance. This position integrates expertise in contract administration and accounting to uphold transparency, accuracy, and alignment with Waste and Resource Recovery strategic objectives.
As a key liaison, the role enhances waste management and circular economy practices, fosters public education, and drives continuous improvements across the Cassowary Coast region.
About You
You will industry experience in contract and/or waste management. You will also have proven team leadership experience, preferably within waste operations, with strong skills in people management and conflict resolution.
Your expertise includes contract management, encompassing monitoring, reporting, and financial reconciliation, along with budget preparation and financial accountability. Additionally, you are proficient in data management, reporting, and waste software systems, as well as the Microsoft Office suite. Experience in roster management is also essential. A current “C” class driver’s licence is required for this role.
