The Role:

We are seeking an energetic management accountant to join our administrative team for a 6 month contract. Suitable for those seeking flexible or part time work. Your Impact:

• Drive the business’s financial planning and analysis.
• Identify and assess potential financial risks, developing mitigation strategies.
• Assess existing accounting structure and make necessary improvements.
• Identify and implement improvements to the company's financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare financial reports for management review.
• Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Tracking and reporting on the costs associated with specific projects and departments.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the company’s financial health and identify trends.

What You’ll Need:

• CA / CPA qualified (not essential but helpful)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role
• Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data extraction, manipulation and modelling.
• Solid understanding of Payroll Tax reporting.
• Experience with Xero accounting software.
• Ability to work with non-finance stakeholders, adding business value through financial insights.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a commercial mindset.
