Papaya Clinic is an integrative Women's Health Clinic in Newtown, focusing on Women's Health Physio, naturopathy, psychology, acupuncture, and Clinical Pilates.

Both of these clinics are under the direction of Winnie Wu APAM, Dance and Pelvic Health physiotherapist.

What we are looking for

We are currently looking for 2 Physiotherapists to join our team, one in Leichhardt, one across both site. We place equal emphasis on manual therapy, movement education, and focus on creating lasting habit changes for our patients.

We are looking for someone long term who will grow with the clinic. We are progressive, and rapidly growing as a business. We recently opened a women's health multidisciplinary clinic, and our vision is to create a hybrid model of healthcare and change things from the ground up. The practitioners we attract are generally impact and passion driven, curious, with a growth mindset, and love to be part of a bigger vision.

Positions:

1. MSK Physiotherapist with 2+ years experience in private practice
   
2. Women's Health Physiotherapist with 1 year Women's Health experience in private practice

• Our Women's Health physio work across both clinic sites.
• 30+ hours per week, preferably full-time, with a minimum 2-year contract.
• Qualifications: Current APA full registration. Pilates teaching and postgrad physiotherapist qualifications are a bonus but not required.
• We primarily see private clients, general population, dancers, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions. 5-8% of workcover and medicare patients only.
• If you're Pilates trained, you will be teaching up to 8 classes of Pilates/ Pelvic Floor classes per week
• Rosters: Mon-Friday 3 days + 3 Sat mornings per month. (Total working days: 3 days for part time, 4 days for full time)

We have a scalable remuneration with a bonus structure so you can earn over 110k for high performers. If you take on leadership roles, you will be remunerated accordingly depends on your role and responsibilities. 2 options package with either set wage package, or base+bonus depending on your experience and previous performance.

We are a growing small business with a medium sized team of 22, we are looking for the last few practitioners to complete the team in Leichhardt. We hold high standards for the whole team and leaders, and have a culture of transparency and accountability.
