Physiotherapist – Fulltime – Medowie & Newcastle, NSW

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join our growing team, working across the Medowie and Newcastle clinics. Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.

· Treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions, building strong and trusting therapeutic relationships.

· Work autonomously and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients achieve their health goals using evidence-based practices.

· Effectively manage patient expectations, ensuring clear communication and positive engagement.

· Maintain accurate records, monitor treatment progress and promote our services within the local community.

· Ability to work a 3 day/ 2 day split across Medowie and Newcastle clinics.

About You:

· We welcome applications from both new graduates and experienced physiotherapists.

· Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

· Adherence to AHPRA and Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) codes of conduct.

· Experience in Private Practice or Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (minimum one unit/rotation at university).

· Active participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

· Strong interpersonal skills, willing to travel and the ability to work independently.

· Must have personal transportation and valid Drivers’ License.
