About the role

Jobwire is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our client who is leading medical device company that manufactures and sells wound care and single-use surgical product, based in Belrose, NSW on a 12-month contract.

In this role, you will be the friendly face of our client brand, providing exceptional customer support and sales assistance to our growing client base. Whether you're resolving inquiries, handling orders, or identifying new sales opportunities, your commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience will be crucial to our continued success.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales-focused role, ideally within a contact centre environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to exceeding targets
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required
