Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the third-party risk management (TPRM) governance framework, including policies, procedures, and risk strategy.
• Oversee third-party risk management to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and governance standards.
• Manage the Material Service Provider (MSP) Register, ensuring third-party arrangements meet regulatory and policy requirements.
• Support Business Owners through the TPRM lifecycle, including risk assessments, onboarding, monitoring, and contract exit.
• Collaborate with Procurement to assess supplier risks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Lead training programs for senior management and business owners on TPRM roles and responsibilities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and align third-party management with business strategy.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex third-party risk scenarios, ensuring effective service provider relationships.
• Establish monitoring mechanisms, prepare reports for senior management, and support governance committees.
• Ensure IT tools align with governance frameworks, overseeing compliance and data management.
• Adhere to policies, proactively manage risks, and escalate issues where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in complex, multi-platform environments.
• +10 years of expertise in third-party risk management, procurement, and governance, with strong regulatory knowledge.
• In-depth understanding of risk management, assessments, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong expertise in contract and risk management systems like Ariba and ServiceNow.
• Skilled in coaching and empowering teams to maximise individual and collective potential.
• Experience collaborating with global teams to develop tailored local solutions.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
• Required to be on-site 3-4 days per week.
