We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our close-knit team!

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with our experienced team, assisting with the day-to-day management of our growing rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to provide exceptional service
• Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and lease renewals
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports
• Support the leasing process, including advertising properties and arranging viewings
• Handle general administrative tasks related to property management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
