Join Our Team as a Podiatry Receptionist!

Permanent Part-time Position.

Pay rate: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour.

Location: Rosny Park Practice, Tim Pain Podiatry

About Us: Tim Pain Podiatry has been a cornerstone of our community for nearly 30 years, providing exceptional podiatry services. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Podiatry Receptionist.

Role Summary: As our Podiatry Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of Tim Pain Podiatry, ensuring a positive experience for our patients from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist patients, maintaining top-tier service standards.
• Ensure smooth operation of consulting sessions for clinic practitioners.
• Handle telephone enquiries, schedule appointments, and return calls.
• Process payments and receipts for patient consultations.
• Manage electronic records, patient results, and reports.
• Maintain stock of clinical products and office supplies.
• Perform general duties to support clinic needs.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• High attention to detail and accuracy (begin your cover letter with: “I would like to work at Tim Pain Podiatry because”).
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Experience in medical reception is a plus, but not required.
• Reliability and good computer skills.
• Experience with health practice software (Pracsoft and Medical Director) is desirable but not essential.

Position Details:

• Part-time role: 4 full days per fortnight.
• Pay rate: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Annual Flu Vaccine.
• Australian Federal Police: National Police Check.
