Your Role: Empower, Advocate, and Make a Real Difference

As our Community Occupational Therapist Lead, you’ll be at the heart of helping our clients live their best lives while leading an OT team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide expert therapy services to a diverse caseload of HCP (elderly) and NDIS clients, focusing on home modifications, equipment prescriptions, and rehabilitation support.
✔ Travel to clients and work with them in their homes and communities.
✔ Use your clinical skills and creativity to develop personalised treatment goals that make a difference.
✔ Collaborate with a fantastic multidisciplinary team.
✔ Take on a leadership role by mentoring and managing a small OT team, with dedicated non-clinical time for strategic planning and development.

What We’re Looking For

✔ AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
✔ Strong clinical expertise, particularly with individuals who have physical and psychosocial disabilities.
✔ Previous leadership experience is desirable, but we welcome experienced clinicians ready to step into a leadership role.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ A positive attitude and a passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
