Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in assigned accounts to drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed sales goals by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, that drive the client's business goals forward, within existing accounts.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

• Identify new business prospects within your portfolio, generating leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Needs Assessment:

• Understand each client’s business needs and objectives to recommend appropriate managed services that align with their goals.

Proposal Development & Presentation:

• Create and present tailored proposals and pricing models to showcase the value of our services.

Negotiation & Closing:

• Facilitate contract negotiations, close sales deals, and secure profitable long-term agreements.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

• Keep sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance metrics current for alignment with company goals.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with the greater sales team, service delivery, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Product Knowledge & Training:

• Stay informed on industry trends, services, and technology updates to communicate our value to clients effectively.

Customer Retention & Expansion:

• Monitor client satisfaction to proactively address concerns, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

• Customer Focused: Passionate about providing an excellent client experience.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to build rapport and communicate effectively.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to assess client needs and align them with solutions.

• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client success.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning about IT services and managed service solutions.

Desirable:

• Experience in the Managed Service Provider industry.
