Senior Physiotherapist - Join Our Dynamic Team in Transitional Aged Care!
Are you a skilled and passionate physiotherapist looking to make a real impact in the community? We're looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our innovative and supportive team. If you're ready to lead, inspire, and provide exceptional care, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Purpose: Provide expert physiotherapy assessments and treatment for clients on the Transitional Aged Care Program, helping them thrive in their community.
  • Drive Positive Change: Take charge of case management for clients and champion their journey to recovery with tailored care plans.
  • Mentor & Grow: Share your knowledge by offering clinical supervision and support to junior physiotherapists and allied health assistants.
  • Innovate & Improve: Lead quality improvement projects within the Transitional Aged Care Team, making a lasting impact on service delivery.
  • Collaborate & Educate: Build strong relationships with community services, health professionals, and teams, while sharing your expertise through educational initiatives.

About you

  • A Registered Expert: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a physiotherapist, ready to apply your expertise in a community-based setting.
  • A Skilled Mentor: A professional with the ability to provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to Level 1/2 physiotherapists, assistants, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • An Aged Care Specialist: Proven advanced assessment, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based interventions in the aged care or rehabilitation community setting.
  • A Leader in Improvement: A passion for driving quality improvement activities and enhancing clinical practice, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • An Effective Communicator: Strong consultation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • A Reliable Driver: Current NSW driver's license Class C or above, with the ability to travel to various locations as part of your role.
