Rethink Waste Tasmania Engagement Officer

Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 per year.

Term: Full-time, fixed-term contract until 30 June 2028

Location: Unit 14, 3 Abernant Way, Cambridge, Tasmania 7170

Rethink Waste Tasmania is seeking an Engagement Officer to work with the organisation’s Coordinator and other regional Engagement Officers to plan and deliver education programs and engage stakeholders in promoting sustainable waste management in Tasmania.

Responsibilities

• liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
• plan and deliver workshops and events
• create and deliver engaging presentations and programs
• develop and implement educational resources and initiatives
• monitor and evaluate programs and report on progress
• maintain records and financial administration
• help to foster a safe work environment
