Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of multiple residential projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and manage trades, suppliers, and contractors to meet deadlines
• Ensure all projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Conduct site inspections, problem-solve issues, and maintain high-quality control
• Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure budget and timelines are met while maintaining construction efficiency
• Handle on-site troubleshooting and issue resolution to keep projects on track

Requirements To Apply:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Construction Supervisor working for a volume builder
• Strong knowledge of NSW building codes & regulations
• Cert III in Carpentry or Cert III in Bricklaying is essential, Cert IV in Building & Construction is highly advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality & deadlines
• A hand on individual who can motivate trades & ensure smooth site operations
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
