Experienced civil foreman / supervisor required for sports pitches / ovals in Caulfield

Your new company

My client has been around for 20 years delivering sports grounds / pitches / ovals for schools and other local government clients. They have recently picked up a large amount of work and require an experienced civil foreman to oversee multiple sports pitches/ovals across a large school in inner Eastern Melbourne.

Your new role

You will oversee all projects from sub base upwards, earthworks, drainage, concrete works, landscaping, fencing. You will oversee a number of subcontractors to deliver the works on site. You will be responsible for time and budget, making sure the works are delivered in a safe manner, especially considering the live environment of the school.

What you'll need to succeed

The client has requested;

Based and available to travel to Caulfield area daily.
Understanding of surveying equiptment
Strong understanding of drawings, reading plans
5-10yrs experience as a civil foreman/supervisor
Experience working on similar scale projects $100k- $5m
Experience working for a local Melbourne civil contractor
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
Efficient with computers

What you'll get in return

Get paid for every hour
Rate of $50-55/hour+super+fuel card
