- Part-time (30.4 FTE) Fixed term opportunity until 29/08/2025 based in any of our office locations Fairfield, VIC or Campbelltown, NSW or UMG, QLD.
- $120,000 per annum (Pro rata) + Super + Leave Loading + Salary Packaging benefits

About the Role
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will navigate complex employee relations challenges with confidence and a trauma informed lens. From performance management, workplace investigations, and grievances to broader industrial relations matters, you'll provide expert guidance that ensures fairness, compliance, and best practice across the organisation.
Your technical expertise in performance management, misconduct, redundancy, and work health & safety will be essential in driving proactive solutions. Beyond case management, you'll play a vital role in shaping and implementing policies that align with both operational needs and strategic goals, making a lasting impact on our workplace.
In this role you will:
- Lead with Impact - Partner with the Workplace Relations Manager to strengthen IR/ER processes, providing thoughtful guidance and support across the organization.
- Build Strong Relationships - Be a trusted advisor to P&C Business Partners and managers while supporting employees through workplace concerns with care and fairness.
- Tackle Challenges with Confidence - Lead high-risk case management in performance, misconduct, WHS, and restructuring, ensuring positive and compliant outcomes.
- Champion Wellbeing - Play a key role in WHS initiatives and support employees through the Return to Work process with compassion and expertise.
To be successful in this role you will also need:
- Tertiary qualified in HR related discipline and/or significant and substantial experience in a similar role
- Evidence of working rights within Australia (birth cert/passport/visa)
- Satisfactory National Police Check (within 12 months)
- Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card QLD
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate - free online course
