What You’ll Do;

✅Lead & Inspire – Take ownership of a 10+ person fabrication team, driving efficiency, quality, and morale.
✅ Own the Workshop – Oversee operations, manage workflow, and deliver high-quality, on-time results across diverse fabrication projects.
✅ Think Smarter, Work Smarter – Apply LEAN manufacturing principles to streamline production, reduce waste, and boost output.
✅ Be a Problem Solver – Tackle challenges head-on, finding innovative solutions in fabrication, trailer building, 12V electrical, shipping container modifications, and beyond.
✅ Be the Go-To Expert – Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to elevate your team’s skills.
✅ Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify process efficiencies, training opportunities, and better ways to do things.
✅ Set the Standard – Uphold safety, compliance, and quality in everything you and your team do.
