The Role:

• Preparation of financial statements, tax returns and BAS for small to mid-sized businesses
• Client advisory and tax planning support
• Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies
• Collaborating with Senior Managers and Partners to maintain strong client relationships
• At Manager level, team Management, delegation and review of junior staff work

About You:

• For Manager level a minimum of 5 years of experience

• At least 2 years' experience in taxation and business services
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion (full study support required where needed)
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Proficient in Xero or similar software
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
