As our company grows, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team and support our operations.
Job Overview
The Sales Administrator at Expandasign will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales administration, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales promotions and initiatives. This role also includes general office administration, product distribution support, and basic MYOB accounting tasks related to quoting, order processing, and accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Administration: Provide essential support to the sales team, including processing orders, maintaining customer records, and updating the CRM system.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information, order updates, and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Quoting and Following Up: Prepare accurate quotes for customer inquiries, follow up on quotes and leads, and assist in converting inquiries into sales.
- Sales Promotions and Initiatives: Assist in the execution of sales promotions and initiatives, including coordinating marketing materials and communicating promotions to customers.
- General Office Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and supporting office operations to maintain an organised work environment.
- Product Distribution Support: Coordinate with the production team, factories, and freight services to support the distribution of products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Stock Management: Coordinate of incoming and outgoing orders, quality assurance checks, daily dispatch allocations. manifests and label printing, monthly stocktakes and stock-order reviews.
- Basic MYOB Accounting: Utilise MYOB software for quoting, processing customer orders, and managing accounts payable tasks efficiently.
- Project Work: Own and manage a range of projects that align with your skills, from Marketing to Business Development, look to assist across a number of key-business growth initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, sales administration, customer service, and/or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software, and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive approach with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office administration and sales support functions.
