The Company:

A successful and well regarded construction and fitout contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source a Site Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to be involved with a portfolio of projects across Perth valued up to $12m

Established over 15 years ago, they're renown for their innovative thinking and client first approach and the amount of repeat clients they deliver work for, on a metro & national basis. They have experienced steady growth and have a young, dynamic and high performing team.

As the Site Manager you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including

• Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
• Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
• Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
• Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site

Requirements to be considered for the Site Manager role:

• A minimum of 2 years Site Management experience in fit out and Refurbishments on projects over the value of 5 million dollars
• Drive and focus for career progression
• Broad knowledge of OH&S
• Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
