This is a full-time role for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone with at least 4 years of site supervision or site management experience to deliver iconic luxury homes and hi-rise developments.

We have two roles available, one in Brisbane and one on the Gold Coast. The intention is for the successful candidates to grow with the business. We have a pipeline of secured work that will provide several opportunities for the successful applicants.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor/Manager. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Site management experience
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with team members
