We're seeking experienced, compassionate and driven clinical leaders in residential aged care to drive clinical improvements across aged care homes in regional Victoria.

As a nurse-led agency, we'll make the accommodation and travel arrangements, ensure you receive adequate ongoing training, clear orientations and can focus on doing what you do best!

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Qualified Registered Nurse - Div 1 essential!
• Experienced in a similar roles within aged care
• Excellent aged care clinical skills, demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards, An-Acc Funding and understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
• NDIS Check, Flu Vaccine & x3 Covid immunisations
• We work with Aged Care organisations right across Australia - lots of options!
