Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Business case work
• Project Planning / Feasibility studies
• Design coordination
• Client/stakeholder management and consultation
• Programming
• Risk Management & Value Engineering
• Procurement of construction services and consultants
• Delivery of construction services
• Cost control, cost reporting and superintendent
• Commissioning and post contract duties for handover

Qualifications and requirements:

• Min 3 + years of end to end project management experience on small to medium or large building project portfolios preferably with earlier builder experience and recent or current consulting or client side exposure.
• Tertiary Qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or Engineering and a proven track record delivering projects in public and/or private sector project works ideally.
• Previous experience from design coordination or management, contract administration and project or programme management/delivery is essential.
• The right candidate will also have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to think laterally, critically and strategically.
• Someone who is able to see the bigger picture with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
