A leading design and construct firm is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to oversee the early project lifecycle for high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the workplace and healthcare industries.

The Role:

As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from design to construction. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and project managers, you will manage budgeting, tendering, procurement, and project planning to set each build up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead feasibility assessments and project planning during the pre-construction phase
• Collaborate with designers, estimators, sales teams, and project managers to ensure project viability
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and project requirements
• Oversee contracts and compliance with industry regulations
• Identify and mitigate project risks before construction begins
• Support business development efforts by providing pre-construction insights

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management within commercial fit-outs or construction
• Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement, and budgeting
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with construction contracts and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Procore and other project management software is desirable
