They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor undertaking building inspections and investigations in building construction activities (post-handover). You will liaise with clients and provide technical advice and solutions while overseeing trades ensuring works are completed to an acceptable quality and service level.

Key Requirements:

• Trade Qualified Carpenter
• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor supervisor/foreperson role on commercial projects, apartment experience will be highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills including the ability to develop key relationships
• Current C Class Drivers License and White Card
