The Role

As a group finance manager reporting into the CFO, you are a key driver of financial performance, ensuring compliance and leading a team of 4. You will help shape the financial strategy and ensuring smooth day to day operations.

• Delivering accurate and timely financial reports
• Managing statutory compliance and tax obligations
• Manage external audits, including planning, execution and recommendations
• Leading budgeting forecasting and preparing cash flow forecasts to ensure financial stability and effective capital management
• Maintain strong governance and risk management practices ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Driving process efficiencies, challenge the process
• Leading a team with collaboration and supporting the vision, values and strong workplace culture

Your Profile

A commercially savvy finance leader with a keen eye for detail, you will enjoy a fast-paced organisation and have a track record of driving team and process improvements. You will be an experience people leader who builds connected and engaged teams

• CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years experience at a manager level
• Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and compliance
• Track record of developing teams
• Ability to both direct and delegate and to be hands on
• Proficient with Dynamics 365 preferred
• Ability to influence key stakeholders
