About the Role

As a Quality Improvement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our services, mentoring educators, and ensuring our programs exceed national quality standards. You will work across two services, spending two days per week at each and dedicating one day to administration, reflection, and strategic planning. In this role, you will also serve as the Educational Leader, guiding and inspiring best practices in pedagogy and curriculum implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading quality improvement initiatives to ensure outstanding educational outcomes.

• Mentoring and guiding educators to enhance their teaching practices.

• Serving as the Educational Leader, fostering best practice approaches to teaching and learning.

• Embedding exceeding practices and ensuring alignment with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Child Safe Standards.

• Collaborating with Centre Directors to implement effective quality assurance processes.

• Driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Engaging families and fostering strong, meaningful relationships.

• Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor-qualified or equivalent with at least 5 years of leadership experience in Early Childhood Education.

• A transformational leader who thrives on inspiring change and guiding teams.

• Extensive experience in a Quality Improvement, Educational Leader, or Centre Leadership role.

• A strategic thinker who can identify areas for improvement and implement exceeding practices.

• Outstanding communication and mentoring skills to empower educators.

• Deep knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements.

• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to quality, integrity, and innovation.
