FIFO SPEECH PATHOLOGIST & OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Murdock Recruitment are working with a well-known company across Australia that is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing assessments, therapy, and intervention strategies to individuals with diverse needs.
• Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Completing necessary documentation and reports in line with NDIS and industry standards.
• Engaging in professional development to stay updated with best practices.

• $100K - $115K salary + super

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
• Experience within the NDIS framework
• Willingness to work with a mixed caseload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant qualifications & registration
• Up-to-date NDIS check/WWCC (or willing to obtain)
• A genuine passion for supporting and empowering clients
