Available Roles:

Store Manager As the Store Manager, you’ll lead the charge in delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and managing daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing store operations and leading a team of sales associates.
• Driving sales and implementing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Managing inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Ensuring compliance with operational policies and safety regulations.

Assistant Manager As the Assistant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring the smooth running of the store. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and team supervision.
• Leading and motivating nightfill and merchandising teams.
• Maintaining stock levels, executing markdowns, and ensuring compliance with ticketing and signage standards.
• Assisting with new product launches, sales setups, and feature displays.
• Providing exceptional customer service to create a joyful in-store atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail experience, preferably in toys, with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of toy trends and brands is a bonus!
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
