About Us:

Your Role:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including rostering, inventory, merchandising, and team supervision.
• Lead and motivate nightfill and merchandising teams.
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising, ticketing, and signage standards.
• Maintain stock levels, execute markdowns, and report pricing issues.
• Assist with new product launches, sales setups, and feature displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a joyful in-store atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Retail experience, preferably in toys, with leadership skills.

• Availability to work a fixed schedule (Sunday to Thursday) and flexible hours as needed.
