Thermoline is the exclusive representative for Q-Lab weathering testers in Australia and New Zealand. We are seeking a Product Specialist to manage this world-class range and be the go-to expert for Q-Lab’s cutting-edge weathering testing solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow the Q-Lab weathering testing equipment range
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing lead generation strategies
• Provide technical expertise, product training, and support to customers
• Handle quoting, negotiation, and sales processes
• Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance of Q-Lab equipment
• Work closely with Q-Lab's teams in the USA and China for expert guidance
• Represent Thermoline at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
• Provide customer education through webinars and biannual seminars supported by Q-Lab experts

What We’re Looking For

• A background in engineering or a technical field (highly beneficial)
• An Electrical Engineering qualification or an Electrician’s Licence is highly regarded, as it will enable the specialist to perform product repairs and maintenance independently
• Experience in product support and technical sales
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
• Australian residency and reasonable proximity to Wetherill Park.
