About the role

Join the dynamic team at Bunyip Equipment Pty Ltd in a full-time Sales & Warehouse Support role. Based in Pakenham, VIC, this role will see you playing a key part in supporting the company's operations within the warehouse while supporting our sales team.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the sales team with customer enquiries and order processing
• Receiving and dispatching goods in the warehouse
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Supporting the efficient running of the warehouse through various administrative tasks
• Providing excellent customer service both front of house in the store and on the phone
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar sales or warehousing support roles
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well individually and in a team
• Proficient in using warehouse management and inventory control systems
• Proficient in MS Office and Xero
• Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
