In Depth Landscape Construction is a leading provider in Landscaping, Fencing, Concreting, and Excavation, delivering high-quality projects across residential and commercial sectors. We pride ourselves on efficient project execution, strong client relationships, and a process-driven approach to operations.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring projects are meticulously planned, documented, and executed to the highest standards while maintaining exceptional client service.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple projects, ensuring smooth coordination, scheduling, and execution while maintaining strong client communication. You will work directly under the Operations Manager and will be expected to build a high-performing project team around you, including administrators and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Documentation

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for seamless execution.

• Ensure all project documentation, job packs, and variations are accurate and complete before work begins.

• Maintain and evolve current project management systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

• Provide Leading Hands and site teams with clear deliverables, schedules, and expectations from Day 1.

Project Execution & Oversight

• Oversee 5-6 active projects across different divisions, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.

• Work with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure materials and equipment arrive on-site as scheduled.

• Identify potential project risks early and implement strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.

• Collaborate closely with site teams and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.

Client Communication & Service Excellence

• Maintain consistent, professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct pre-project meetings, progress updates, and post-project debriefs to ensure client satisfaction.

• Handle client concerns swiftly and proactively, ensuring a high level of service and repeat business opportunities.

Team Leadership & Process Development

• Build and develop a high-performing project team, including administrators and site coordinators.

• Lead and mentor administrative staff supporting project operations, ensuring smooth workflow.

• Continuously evaluate, refine, and improve project processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement and maintain project KPIs and reporting structures.
