We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Concrete Labourer to join our team. As a Concrete Labourer, you will play a key role in assisting with the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete structures. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks to ensure the successful completion of concrete work while maintaining safety standards and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and pour concrete according to specifications.
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Reinforce concrete by installing wire mesh and other materials.
• Mould and shape expansion joints and edges.
• Apply sealant and waterproofing treatments to protect concrete surfaces.
• Cut and finish concrete using power saws and other equipment as necessary.
• Remove excess materials and debris from the job site to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials on the job site.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including wearing appropriate protective gear and operating equipment safely.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Labourer or in a similar role.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.
• Skilled in using hand tools and power equipment to smooth, level, and finish concrete.
• Ability to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials with physical stamina.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to measure accurately.
• Ability to follow specifications and blueprints with precision.
• Relevant training or certifications in concrete labour or construction is a plus.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
