About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, highly acquisitive Financial Services firm with a strong presence in the Australian market. As they continue to expand, they are investing in their finance function to enhance efficiency, scalability and technological capabilities.

The Role:

As the Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, you will play a critical role in modernising finance processes and systems to support the firms rapid growth. Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you will lead key transformation initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, technology, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end finance transformation projects, enhancing efficiency, automation, and controls.

Lead the optimisation of financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes.

Implement and enhance financial systems to support business scalability and M&A integration.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align finance technology with business strategy.

Identify and execute process improvement opportunities across finance operations.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements while improving finance function agility.

Project Management

About You:

Proven expertise in finance transformation, process improvement, or financial systems implementation.

Strong background in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or a similar regulated industry.

Proven experience leading finance transformation initiatives, including automation, system upgrades, and reporting enhancements.

Deep understanding of financial and regulatory reporting frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

CA/CPA qualified (preferred) with strong project management skills
